For any of these events they are subject to change in order to adhere to the latest government guidelines
In order to adhere to the latest guidelines there will be new rules/procedures that will need to be followed

Attention to all Owner Drivers/Owner Bikers who are planning to visit us in the near future!
Please read these rules carefully as they need to be followed at all times in order for us to adhere to the latest safety procedures and to keep helping protect everyone against Covid-19 (Coronavirus)
Anyone showing signs or symptoms of Covid 19 or feeling unwell, please do not turn up to our track, instead please cancel your booking!
Only booked in drivers/riders are allowed on the premises – if driver/rider is a child under 16yrs old – they must have a responsible adult with them
Follow our instructions and see the parking cones/markers as to where you can park, some may be asked to use car park outside as 2 metre distancing will need to apply
Signing on and paying will take place in or just outside main reception/office – cash or card
Only 2 people in the main reception/office at a time and see tape/stickers as to where you should be standing
When you enter main reception/office use the hand sanitiser
At all times keep a 2 metre distance from other people
Follow the 1 way system once you are in the reception/office, you will come in the main front door, and exit the reception/office via the side door (fire exit door)
1 person in toilets at a time
You must use your own equipment
You must bring your own refreshments
No spectators allowed!
During these difficult times we ask that you do not post pictures or videos on any social media sites – thankyou
No go-pros/helmet cameras or any recording/picture taking devices to be on you in person or the kart/bike
Sessions may well be split up, depending on numbers of participants in attendance – this will be advised on the day
Staff/Marshalls will assist you in an emergency, this means they may have to be closer to you than 2 metres which will obviously break the 2 metre distance rule – they will be wearing appropriate PPE
So now you have read the rules, when you turn up you are automatically agreeing to abide by these rules at all times!
A.K.C reserve the right to refuse entry/or ask you to leave the premises if you are displaying Covid 19 symptoms or you are being abusive

All customers must book their sessions in advance – no walk ins will be accepted at this time
Follow our instructions at all times as your safety is our number one priority – 2 metre social distancing is to apply at all times
Under 16 year olds are to be accompanied by an adult at all times
Signing on and paying will take place in or just outside the main reception/office – cash or card accepted
Only 2 customers in the main reception/office at a time, please see tape/stickers to indicate where you should be standing
When you enter main reception/office use the hand sanitiser and keep at a 2 metre distance from anyone who is not from your household at all times
Follow the one way system in place by entering via main door and exiting via the side door (fire exit door)
Only 1 person in the toilets at 1 time
Please bring any equipment you have to reduce the amount we need to distribute – e.g. overalls, helmet, gloves, waterproof jacket/trousers

Staff and marshals will assist you when absolutely necessary, this may result in them having to temporarily break the 2 metre rule, but they will be wearing the appropriate PPE and will be reminded to wash their hands/sanitise at regular intervals
Where groups are too large for briefings to take place in briefing room, briefings will be held outside by a qualified member of staff to outline important information before your session commences
To ensure your safety, kart seats, seat inserts, pedals and steering wheels will be cleaned by staff after each use
We ask you to abide by our rules at all times to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience and to ensure the safety of you and our staff
